«RISKFIN» provides technical and methodological support of its Solution for the use of the PC «RISKFIN. Prof» at no extra charge in a framework of concluded licensing agreements with partners.

This support is conducted in accordance with the quality control model of service, which includes:

  • management of incidents and problems occurring while using Solution;

  • operational management, such as change and configuration of infrastructure of the Solution: databases; organizational and methodological framework

Support Service has its own regulations and hardware and software.

As part of regulations we conduct:

  • Classification of users applications, incidents and change requests and their prioritization;

  • Escalation of users requests, incidents and change requests and the need for modification and completion of the Solution;

  • Monitoring the processing of users applications, incidents and change requests;

  • Receiving users feedback on the performance of work.
