As part of the «RISKFIN» program of cooperation with higher education institutions a master class was held on April 26 at NRTU MSIS&A on the basics of risk management for senior students.
Elena Rozanov, General Director Advisor, told future economists about the evolution of the concept of risk, risk-management system place in the management of a modern enterprise, the basic principles of risk management and professional requirements for risk managers.
Students learned what types of risks can be encountered in real life practice, got familiar with analysis methods and stages of risk management cycle. Elena stressed the importance of creating a risk management culture, the need to «look through the lens of risk assessment» in decision-making.
During the master class, students showed great interest, solved problems proposed by Elena and discussed practical cases.
