LLC «RISKFIN» took part in the VIII-th International Interbank Forum MMBA held on April 20-23 in Krasnaya Polyana (Big Sochi).
A report on the topic of «Capital Renewal». Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Procedures (VPODK) for non-financial risks of financial institutions» was given by General Director Advisor of LLC «RISKFIN» Elena Rozanova.
In her presentation she covered such difficult for Russian banks topics as improving bank risk management systems and internal capital adequacy assessment processes (VPODK) regarding management of operational, reputational, legal and regulatory risks, as well as the ambiguous and serious scale changes of the Russian legislation as well as the requirements of the Basel Committee on banking Supervision in this area.
Elena in her speech stressed out high importance of these risks for the banking business and complexity of their identification and analysis, she also suggested method of calculating internal capital to cover non-financial risks.
This approach is implemented in PC «RISKFIN. FAUR» will allow bank users with net assets of less than $ 500 billion Rubles simply, quickly and flexibly to estimate the size of necessary bank's internal capital and compare it with the available capital within the framework of regulatory requirements.
