LLC «RISKFIN» considers it necessary to indicate its attitude towards questionable message sent on behalf of the Company NVP «INEC» to a number of people, including our partners and potential users.
1. LLC «RISKFIN» is a developer and copyright holder of the program «RISKFIN. Financial Analysis and Risk Management» (PC «RISKFIN. FAUR»). The exclusive rights of LLC «RISKFIN» for the software package confirmed by all necessary documents, including a certificate of state registration of the computer program, utility model patents that used in its development. PC «RISKFIN. FAUR» has a set of functional modules and tasks covering the analytical activities of the bank and risk management.
2. LLC «RISKFIN» has been operating since 2008 in accordance with Russian legislation. Organization of the production of intellectual activity of LLC «RISKFIN» is based on the standard STO.9002-09 «ISIN. Organization of the production of intellectual activity, intellectual property registration, registration and production of intangible assets of enterprises. Recommendations».
3. LLC «RISKFIN» is not aware of third parties claims in respect to the exclusive rights of the PC «RISKFIN. FAUR», the company has not received official documents and claims in this regard.
4. Indeed, on 14 August 2015, LLC «RISKFIN» received an appointment to arbitration court of Moscow for an interview with the parties (NVP Ltd. «INEC» and LLC «RISKFIN») on September 30, 2015 in the premises of the court on the case number A40-41340 / 15 obliging to stop the violation of the exclusive rights in a computer program. This program name is not specified. We will certainly discuss the abuse of the right of access to court, but do not have the slightest doubt about the outcome of the dispute.
5. We believe that the very treatment of NVP Ltd. «INEC» in the address of our partners and potential users of software «RISKFIN. FAUR» is nothing but a form of unfair competition, and has no legal or economic justification.
